Draper temple visit

GOING TO THE TEMPLE!!!!
Mondays are our families break days but Jenna's preschool has
quickly got involved in the schedule. Jenna loves school but
today, February 2nd. We decided to pull her from
school to take her to the Draper temple open house.
We have talked to Jenna about going to temples
and she always get sad because she wants to go with us.
So this was a wonderful chance to let her see the beauty and
peace that temple bring into our lives. She was excited to go
that morning and a surprise highlite came when she got to ride the
tour bus that took us to the temple.

When we asked her what her favorite thing was,
she said "Angel Mornoi." She often talks
to me about me getting married to Daddy
in the temple. She loves to temple me what
she knows about the church.
Above is a picture of our family in the church house
next to the temple. They did a beautiful job setting
up displays about the gospel teachings and temple
pictures for the kids and other to see.
FUN DAY for our family!!

Valentines stuff

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!

Valentines was a new unfamiliar holiday for Jenna. Last year we did a few things but she really didn't understand it but this year she got to take the Valentines to school to her friends. She wanted to purchase the Princess card but she really didn't want to give any princess cards to the boys in her class --- we still did.

Jenna loves to do art projects so made homemade Valentine card for the Grandpa's & Grandma's. Jenna did a great job gluing the heart and decorating with tons of glitter glue. We had alot of fun doing it together. The grandparents all loved the finished Valentines.

A couple days before Valentines Jenna and I cut out
hearts and then wrote messages on them. When Brian arrived home
from work Valentines morning he was welcomed with this fun
Valentine heart attacked sign in the garage.
Jenna loved it and was so excited to have Dad come see it.
We also had pink pancakes and pink hashbrowns
ready for him when he got home.

We love Valentines!!!

Snow day fun in January

Towards the first part of January we received a good amount of snow. So Brian and I decided to show Jenna was winter was able. Brian hooked up a shed to our 4 wheeler (note our plow is hooked on). And he pulled her around the yard on the sled. She had a blast but got tipped over a bunch of times because she was riding the sled in the hard snow tracks of the 4 wheeler.

After a little while of Jenna and Brian playing by themselves we brought James out to enjoy too. James wasn't too sure about the duck fuzzy snow suit but it was really warm and he was happy. I got on the sled and let Brian pull me with the kids --- we had a fun times but we only lasted a couple rides around the house.

(Below are pictures of our day of playing in the snow) Brian driving the awesome 4-wheeler/ our snow plow machine.

Jenna trying to hold on without tipping in the hard 4-wheeler tracks.

Jenna is still holding on strong and smiling the whole way.

Jenna didn't want to give up the sleding.
(Note the dark area is some of the grass that the snow had already melted on.)

Jenna makes us laugh

Jenna believe she is growing up and she is "so big now because my legs are getting tall." She plays so hard and long each day that sometimes we find her asleep in funny places.

Below are some fun pictures of Jenna

STORY: It was a Sunday and we had just returned from church at 4 pm and we had dinner plans with Brian's parents and siblings around 6 pm. So Brian decided to take a short nap, James was doing the same and I was starting to think it was a great idea. We I remember Jenna telling me that she needed to go potty but this is the last thing I remember. I woke up about 10 minutes later not to find Jenna in the room or answering to my "Jenna where are you." So I got up and walked toward the bathroom and this is what I found. I am not sure if she tired asking for help or if she was just tired too. So I went and got our camera and snapped this classy unforgetable picture of Jenna sleep on the toilet.

After I woke her up from the toilet she said, "Mom my legs really hurt." I then explained to her it was probably because she fell asleep on the toilet and she quickly told me she didn't. We love our little Jenna Lynn !!! (Oh, funny side note ---- I have a couple picture of me when I was this age doing the same thing.)

STORY: It was one of the CRAZY Wednesday (Preschool then Gymnastics) and Jenna was so tired when we got home. I was working in the kitchen while she was watching one of her TV shows. I was talking to her about 1 minute before I asked her another question and no response. So this is what I found on the couch asleep. She plays to the very end and then she sleeps forever.

SLEEP TIGHT OUR LITTLE PRINCESS JENNA!

James is growing up too FAST

James will reach the "getting bigger" mark this next week, he will be 6 months old. He has grown up alot faster to us then Jenna. Jenna seemed to stay little alot longer. James is very busy and loves to eat as you can see in his cheeks and the pictures below. I know without a doubt that Jenna and James were sibling because of their love for each other. Jenna can make him laugh when he is really made and he misses her when she is gone to school. James loves to put things in his mouth and loves family dinner time because he get his cereal foods --- he loves to eat!!!

(Below are pictures of James)--- sorry not in order of date!!!

This the latest picture of the James and Jenna. James is starting to like wear baseball caps--- Thanks Aunt Tracy!!! Jenna likes to look at books and she "believes" she can read to James because she is SO SO big.

James fell asleep on the couch --- thought it was a great pose sleeping picture.

Jenna helping feed James a bottle after his solid food feeding.

(Yes, he is in a pink girl bib but we finally purchased some little boy bibs now.)

James loves his rice and oatmeal cereal but I really like to eat sweet carrots and potatoes.

James is all finished eating and really content.

We brought out some of the older baby toys for James and he is learning to enjoy the "jumperoo" a little more each day. He likes to sit in it but hasn't got the whole thing of jumping down yet. It will come and he will be wild like Jenna.
